Overview

The two videos provided in this re-usable learning element aims to provide practical knowledge associated with planting, trellising, and training grapes. The first video features Viticulture Instructor Andy Allen of Arkansas Tech University as he demonstrates and discusses how to plant dormant, bare-root grape vines in a high tunnel. The second video features Horticulture Professor Dr. Elena Garcia of the University of Arkansas as she demonstrates and discusses trellising and training young grape vines in a high tunnel. The videos aim to be beneficial to anyone interested in developing grape vineyard.
